The magic of Africa is just waiting for you......

I was born in Kenya, and grew up in East and Central Africa, Malta and England, and moved to the US in 1979.

I love to travel, and have traveled extensively throughout my life, beginning with my first ocean voyage at age 3 months, and my first round the world trip at age 8.

Growing up in Kenya, I had the opportunity to experience safaris in all of East Africa’s game parks and I have traveled to many public and private game reserves in Southern, Central, and East Africa.

I also love adventure travel, summiting both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Kenya, and trekking after mountain gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda.

My other travel passion is cruising, and I have been fortunate enough to voyage all over the world, recently publishing a book on our 2017 world voyage, “Across the World in 80 Days”.

I love working with clients to put together the perfect travel experience, whether it is a photographic safari, trekking adventure, land based vacation, or leisurely cruise to escape the winter blues.

New Zealand cruise with grandchildren

Lesley is a fabulous advisor. She has helped us with a number of cruises, land tours and hotel accommodations. She takes the time to find out what we are looking for and gives us options to choose from. We have been extremely happy with her advice and bookings. She is very organized and pays attention to the details that make a trip a success. She is also very reachable and returns calls promptly.

My Unexpected Sailing Across the Indian Ocean

Lesley is a consummate professional, immensely knowledgeable due to her years of traveling around the globe on personal/professional travel and, most importantly, a top-notch problem-solver. And she does it all with calm good humor. When my Cunard itinerary went awry at the outset of the pandemic, Lesley worked tirelessly and effectively with Cunard to re-route me home at the end of my unexpected sailing to Australia. I was originally on the Dubai to Hong Kong leg of a Cunard World Cruise with stops at multiple Asian ports but Cunard early on during the sailing wisely decided to avoid all those ports and re-route us south across the Indian Ocean for 13 straight days to Australia from where I flew back to the U.S. Additionally, I watched as Lesley seamlessly stepped in to assume the responsibilities of a Virtuoso host when the actual host was unexpectedly called away due to a personal situation. I saw that she was universally liked and respected by the entire travel group.
